Logging in with a Recovery Code

If two-factor authentication is enforced on your user account and you don't have access to, or cannot generate a 2FA passcode, you can still log in to Mitel Performance Analytics using one of the 10 recovery codes you recorded and securely saved when you first set up 2FA for your user account.

To use a recovery code to log in, do the following:

1.  When prompted for the passcode on log in, click the "Don't have your two-factor authentication code link?".

2.  Type in one of the 10 available recovery codes in the Recovery Code field and click Login.

Note: Once you use a recovery code to log in, it cannot be used again.

3.  When prompted if you would like to review your 2FA settings, select “Yes” to review your 2FA settings or select “No” to access Mitel Performance Analytics.

If you selected “Yes” you return to the User Settings page in Mitel Performance Analytics. From this window you can manage your 2FA settings:

Reset 2FA.

Disable 2FA, but only if 2FA is not enforced on a container to which your user account belongs.

View the number of recovery codes available to you.

Generate a new set of recovery codes.
