MiContact Center Business Device Configuration

To add a MiContact Center Business device to Mitel Performance Analytics, you need the following information:

IP address of the MiContact Center Business device

SNMP configuration information

MiContact Center Business version number

MiContact Center Business options installed

To allow communication between Mitel Performance Analytics and the MiContact Center Business , ensure that Anonymous Authentication is enabled and that no other authentication method is active for the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager Help application.
