MiVoice Business SNMP Configuration For MiVB and MiVB EX Version 9.0 and Later

For MiVoice Business 9.0 and later, the SNMP Trap Forwarding destination to allow Mitel Performance Analytics to collect system alarms and memory utilization data must be configured in the MSL Server Manager.

NOTE: For MiVoice Business 9.0 and later, memory utilization data is collected using NET-SNMP-EXTEND-MIB and memory usage is calculated as: UsedMemory = MemTotal - MemAvailable.

To also acknowledge Emergency Response (ER) alarms, additional options must be set in the MiVoice Business System Administration Tool.

Confirm the following options:

1.  Open a Web browser and navigate to the MSL Server Manager URL (for example, http://<MSL_server_FQDN>/server-manager).
