Mitel Interaction Recorder SNMP Configuration
SNMP support must be enabled for the monitored Mitel Interaction Recorder device with the same community string as that configured in Mitel Performance Analytics.
Ensure the Mitel Interaction Recorder device is configured to:
Allow management traffic from the Probe for off-net monitoring or from the Internet for on-net monitoring.
Send SNMP traps to the Probe if you want the Event Stream panel to appear on the device dashboard.
IMPORTANT:
Mitel Interaction Recorder requires two SNMP agents: a Windows SNMP agent and an ASC SNMP agent. The two agents must be configured as follows:
Windows SNMP agent must be configured to run on port 161.
ASC SNMP agent must be configured to run on port 1161.
The community string for each agent must be set to the same community string configured in Mitel Performance Analytics (public).
