Mitel TA7100 Voice Quality Configuration

The Voice Quality data collected by the TA7100 device is reported to the IPBX device (MX-ONE, MiVoice Business, MiVoice Connect, MiVoice 5000, etc.) that the TA7100 is connected to, not directly on the TA7100 device dashboard, as is the case for other devices in Mitel Performance Analytics. You can collect just the Voice Quality data from this device by completing the steps below without completing the rest of the configuration of the TA7100 device for monitoring in Mitel Performance Analytics.

For Mitel Performance Analytics to collect Voice Quality data, Voice Quality Reporting must be configured in the Mitel TA7100 management web interface:

1.  Log into the Mitel TA7100 Web Administration tool as an admin user.

2.  Navigate to SIP > Misc and scroll down to Voice Quality Reports (RTCP XR PUBLISH).

3.  In the Defaults RTCP XR Collector URI field provide the probe IP address appended with port number 5060. For example: sip:collector@10.21.100.103:5060.

4.  Save your changes and exit the tool.
