Performing an On-Demand Backup for Flex K8s

Backups for Mitel Flex K8s devices are performed against the K8s Cluster device. To run an on-demand backup for Flex K8s, do the following steps:

1. Access the dashboard for the Flex K8s Cluster device you want to backup.

2. Select Backup under the System Tools menu.

3. From the On Demand Backup panel, click Start Backup.

The On Demand Backup panel displays the operation progress.

Once the operation completes, the On Demand Backup panel displays whether or not the backup was successful.

Note: To view the results of an On Demand Backup for Flex K8s after the fact, you can do so from the Solution Manager. See "Viewing and Restoring Flex K8s Backup Files".

The back up files are stored externally and are not accessed directly from Mitel Performance Analytics. To restore a Flex K8s backup file, see "Viewing and Restoring Flex K8s Backup Files".
