Service Quality Reports

Service Quality Reports track test agents at the container level to identify the percentage of network tests that meet service quality objectives, and highlights up to the five most recent test plane results that failed to meet the objectives within the selected reporting period.

To run this report, the selected container, or its subcontainers, must contain probes that have been configured as test agents. The resulting report summarizes the results for all network tests run on all test agent sites within the container, including subcontainers, up to the report date. The last five failed test plan results are displayed in both tabular and graphical formats. For each test plan, the results data includes the following information:

Agent Name: Identifies up to five of the worst performing agents that were used in the test plan.

Result Count: The total number of tests run in the reporting period.

Total Failed: The number of tests that failed during the reporting period.

Failure Rate: The rate of failed tests provided as a percentage.

Last Failed Test: The date and time of the last failed test.

Last Test: The date and time the last test was performed.
