MiVoice 5000 Device Configuration

You can use Mitel Performance Analytics to monitor the following devices:

MiVoice 5000

MiVoice 5000 Manager

Note: The version information displayed in the MiVoice 5000 device dashboard is the software build version; the hardware version is not displayed.

To add MiVoice 5000 devices to Mitel Performance Analytics, you need the following information:

IP address of each of the devices

SNMP configuration information for each device

XML Interface credentials: username and password (MiVoice 5000 only)

MiVoice 5000 Admin credentials: username and password (MiVoice 5000 only)

Mitel Performance Analytics can also monitor MiVoice 5000 devices deployed to support redundant configurations. To monitor this scenario, you must also configure MiVoice 5000 Base Systems in Mitel Performance Analytics. See "Configuring Mitel Performance Analytics for MiVoice 5000 Redundant Deployments"
