MiVoice 5000 SMDR Collection

You must configure the MiVoice 5000 to enable SMDR collection. See "SMDR Collection" for details.

To take advantage of SMDR collection, do the following:

• On MiVoice 5000, ensure that Buffered ticket generation is configured correctly.

• On Mitel Performance Analytics, ensure that the MiVoice 5000 Credentials are provided in the device configuration page.
