Retrieving On-Demand Backup Files

Use the All Backup Files query or the All Backup Activity query from the device to retrieve on-demand backup files.

Note: This does not apply to backup files for a Mitel Flex K8s Cluster. See "Viewing and Restoring Flex K8s Backup Files".

Do the following :

1.  From the device, select Backup Results under the Network Data menu.

2.  Select either the All Backup Files query or the All Backup Activity query.

3.  In the query results, locate the on-demand backup file of interest. Look for a file with a Schedule Name of On Demand. Click the Download link or External Link button to download the file to your local computer.

Note: MSL device backup files must have a .tgz file extension. If the MSL device backup file has a different extension, like '.backup', manually change the extension to .tgz before restoring the backup to the device.
