Configuring Two Factor Authentication on Containers

Use this procedure to enforce two-factor authentication on a container. When enforced, all of the users in the container are required to set up 2FA for their accounts in order to log in to Mitel Performance Analytics.

When two factor authentication is enabled on a container, it does not apply to any subcontainers. Two factor authentication must be explicitly enforced on each container.

1.  Select Users from the System Administration menu.

2.  In the System Users window, find the specific container for which you want enforce two factor authentication. By default, two factor authentication is not enabled.

3.  In the 2FA column for the selected container, click the slider to move the option from Not Enforced to Enforced.

4.  Click OK on the confirmation message pop-up window.

If a user is unable to log in to Mitel Performance Analytics when 2FA is setup on their account, a System Administrator can reset the 2FA for that user. See "Resetting Two-Factor Authentication for a User Account".
