K8s Cluster Device

During the Flex deployment for K8s process, a K8s Cluster device is also created. A cluster consists of all of the nodes, devices, and applications created during the deployment. The K8s Cluster device is used to track CPU, memory, and versions for the nodes, devices, and applications in the cluster. You can view this information on the dashboard for the K8s Cluster device.

Note: The K8s Cluster does not currently track CPU, memory, and application version for the MiContact Center Business (K8s) and Workforce Optimization (K8s) devices. This information for these devices will be added to the Cluster in a subsequent version of Mitel Performance Analytics.

From the K8s Cluster device dashboard you can access the Mitel Solution Manager portal. Click the Solution Manager Portal button to log into the Mitel Solution Manager portal where you can access the application web interfaces for the Flex K8s devices.

When running backups for the K8s configuration, the backup is run against the K8s Cluster device, instead of the individual devices included in the cluster. Backup can be scheduled or run or on-demand. See "Scheduling an Operation" or "On-Demand Backups" for more information.

Backup files are restored from the Solution Manager Portal. See "Viewing and Restoring Flex K8s Backup Files".

To modify the K8s Cluster settings, see "Configuring Mitel Performance Analytics for a K8s Cluster"
