Configuring Mitel Performance Analytics for MiVoice Business K8s
Do the following steps:
1. From the device dashboard, select System Administration > MiVoice Business (K8s) Settings.
2. Configure the following settings:

Configure the following settings: Name—If necessary, change the name of the MiVoice Business (K8s). Probe—Verify that the suggested Probe is correct. Mitel Performance Analytics preselects the Probe that was created by the Flex Deployment Wizard. If needed, select a different Probe from the drop-down list. Container—If necessary, change the Container where the device is located. Description—Enter a description for the MiVoice Business (K8s). |
Fault and Performance Monitoring |
Select the Enabled check box to enable fault and performance monitoring. |
Ping DSCP |
Configure the DSCP to use for ping packets. You can choose from Best Effort (0), High Priority (46), or a variety of Assured Forwarding (AF) or Class Selector (CS) settings. |
SNMP Configuration |
Configure the following settings: SNMP Version—SNMP v1, v2C or v3. Mitel recommends SNMP v1 for MiVoice Business call servers. SNMP Port Community String You must also configure SNMP on the MiVoice Business (K8s) device. |
Event Stream |
Select the Display Event Stream check box to display the Event Stream panel on the device dashboard. See "Event Stream Panel" for details. |
MiXML Credentials |
Enter the following MiXML credentials: System username System password IMPORTANT: The credentials entered here must be the exact same as the credentials provided for MiVoice Business through the Mitel Integrated Configuration Wizard (ICW) that is run as part of the MiCloud Flex on Google Cloud provisioning process. If different credentials are used in the ICW, they must be updated here. |
Voice Quality |
Configure the following options: Collect Voice Quality—Select the check box to enable the collection of voice quality statistics. Enable VQ Threshold—Select the check box to enable voice quality threshold alarms. |
SIP Trunk Utilization |
Select the SIP Traffic Monitoring check box to enable the collection of SIP trunk statistics. |
Trunk Capacity Reporting |
Select the Enabled check box to enable trunk capacity reporting. |
SDS Error Rate Monitoring |
Select the Enabled check box to enable SDS error rate monitoring, |
Resiliency Failover Alarm Severity |
Select the Alarm Severity level for the resiliency failover alarm. Your choices are Major or Minor. |
IP Set Inventory |
To enable MiVoice Business IP set inventory, select the Inventory Monitoring check box. You must enable this setting before you can enable Disconnected Set alarms. To enable the Disconnected Set Alarm, select the check box. |
Maintenance Mode |
Select the Enabled check box to enable maintenance mode for the device. Enter a message to display when the device is in Maintenance Mode. |
Emergency Notification Alarms |
Select the Enabled check box to enable ER alarms. SNMP and ER alarms must also be configured for the device. |
SMDR Collection |
Set the Collection Method for the MiVoice Business to FTP or Socket.

Device Message |
Optionally specify the device message. |
3. Click Save to save your changes.
Clicking Save automatically runs a Probe connectivity check and verifies the new configuration.
