Alarm Management Operations
When you expand the alarms panel on a device dashboard or a container dashboard, you can access the following icons. They are available on the Alarm Analytics tab and the Alarms tab. Use these icons to perform operations on individual alarms.

TIP: You can also perform these operations on multiple alarms at the same time by grouping the alarms on the Alarms Analytics tab. See "Grouping Data on the Alarm Analytics Tab".
As well, the Alarms panel allows you to show or hide ticket information for a trouble management system. To do so, click the blue + icon in the top right corner of the panel, as follows:
The setting to show or hide ticket information is stored as a browser cookie and is retained for future Mitel Performance Analytics sessions when you log in from the same computer and browser.
You can sort alarms by clicking the column title.
