The trunk capacity information provided not only shows you important statistics including the grade of service (GoS) and trunk utilization over the busy hour, it also provides recommendations to meet GoS targets.

The busy hour is the 60 minute window when the highest call rate occurred. This helps to identify if the trunk have enough capacity to keep dropped calls within an acceptable grade of service and inform you if you have too much capacity during the busy hour.
