Report Generation Procedure

Do the following steps:

1.  Select Reports under the System Tools menu.

The Run & Schedule Reports window is displayed.

2.  Click the Create New Report Schedule button.

3.  In the New Report Schedule window, specify the desired report properties.

Report Type: The available report types are:

Container Report: This type is available if the Reports menu item was selected from a container. See "Container Reports".

Device Report: This type is available if the Reports menu item was selected from a device. See "Device Reports".

Container Service Quality Report: This type is available if the Reports menu item was selected from a container that contains test agents. See "Service Quality Reports".

Trunk Capacity Report: This type is available if the Reports menu item was selected from a device that has Trunk Utilization or SIP Trunk Utilization enabled. See "Trunk Capacity Reports"

AWV Port Usage Report: This type is available if the Reports menu item was selected from a MiCollab device that has Port Usage enabled. See "MiCollab Audio Web Video Port Usage Reports".

Route Capacity Report: This type is available if the Reports menu item was selected from an MX-ONE device that has Route Capacity Reporting enabled. See "MX-ONE Route Capacity Reports".

Voice Quality Report: This type is available if the Reports menu item was selected from a container and you have devices in your system that capture voice quality metrics. See "Voice Quality Reports".

Audit Log: This type is available from either a container or a device. This report is only available in CSV format. See "Audit Log"

Note: You can also select any of the available queries in the report type list, which are presented in .CSV format. For more information on the available queries, see "Quick Queries".

Report Length:  Select the time span that the report covers. The options are:

Previous Month: The time span is from the first to the last day of the previous month.

Number of Days: Type the number of prior to today's date to include in the report. For example, if you select a report length of 30 days on January 20th, the report calculates back 30 days starting from midnight (12:00 am) when January 19th changes to January 20th.

Email Recipients: Specify the email addresses of the intended report recipients. Each email address must be separated by a comma.

Template: Select the message template to use:

System Default: This option uses the standard system email template.

Custom Template: Select a custom email template from the list of available templates or you can click the Preview and Manage Templates link to create a new, custom email message template. See "Managing Email Templates for Reports".

Schedule: Select Now, Monthly, Weekly, or Daily (Audit Log only). For Monthly, specify the day of the month the report needs to be generated. For Weekly, specify the day of the week the report needs to be generated. For Daily, specify the time of day the Audit Log needs to be generated.

4.  To view what the report looks like, click the Preview Report button. The report preview opens in a new browser tab. You can print or save this report view in PDF by clicking Ctrl + P to access the print dialog.

5.  Click on the Schedule Report button to queue the report.

6.  If applicable, configure any email spam blockers to allow Mitel Performance Analytics email notifications. See "Email configuration".
