Mitel MiCloud Flex on Google Cloud K8s Device Setup and Configuration

Before you begin your MiCloud Flex on Google Cloud Kubernetes (K8s) device deployment, you will notice that a K8s Partner device already exists. This K8s Partner is added and configured by the Service Provider. For more information on this device, see "K8s Partner Device ".

Warning: We strongly recommend that you do not delete the K8s Partner device or change any of its settings. If you do, you must contact your service provider for assistance.

To add the K8s devices to Mitel Performance Analytics, do the following:

1.  Create a customer specific container.

2.  Within the container, run the Device Creation Wizard to add the Probe and K8s devices to Mitel Performance Analytics. See "Configuring Mitel Performance Analytics for Flex K8s Deployments"

3.  Copy the Probe URL. This is used by Mitel Operations to complete the Flex K8s configuration via the Solution Manager.

NOTE: The Device Creation Wizard adds an additional device, called the K8s Cluster, to the deployment. For information on this device, see "K8s Cluster Device ".

4.  Provide additional K8s device configuration details as required:

"Configuring Mitel Performance Analytics for MiVoice Border Gateway K8s"

"Configuring Mitel Performance Analytics for MiVoice Business K8s"

"Configuring Mitel Performance Analytics for MiCollab K8s"

"Configuring Mitel Performance Analytics for MiContact Center Business K8s"

"Configuring Mitel Performance Analytics for Workforce Optimization K8s"

"Configuring Mitel Performance Analytics for a K8s Cluster"

Repeat these steps for any additional Flex K8s customer deployments.

Note: You can manually add additional K8s devices to a container after the Wizard has run. You can also remove any of the devices that you do not want to use that were added by the Wizard. However, for any Mitel Flex K8s deployment there must be at minimum one Probe and one K8s Cluster device in the container, along with whatever K8s devices that require monitoring.
